During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may go qwest.com/experience to and view Qwest’s online speed comparison, When speed comparison is complete, entrants will be given an opportunity to fill out an online entry form with name, phone number, e-mail address and address. Additionally, if eligible indivduals do not wish to view the speed comparison, there will be a link on qwest.com/experience which will allow entry into the sweepstakes without participating in the speed comparison.

Limit one entry per person or email address during the Promotion Period. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION/ODDS: A winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Group O, an independent judging agency, on or about January 6, 2009 . Winners will be notified by certified mail and will be required to complete,and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release to be returned within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to timely return documents or return of any notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfited and an alternate winner will be selected. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
